January 2008

Happy 2008!  We would like to start out the year by inviting you to attend one of our February seminars. For our valued Sage Accpac ERP customers we are again hosting the Business Solutions Seminar in Richmond Hill on February 26. For those of you who are not yet a part of our Sage Accpac Software family and are struggling with your present accounting software solution, we hope you will join us on February 15 in Peterborough to discover for yourself how Sage Accpac ERP or Sage BusinessVision might be the perfect solution for you. Also on February 15 we are hosting our Accpac Users Group in Peterborough. Please visit our website at www.gail-wilson.com for more information and to register for the seminar of your choice.

With the New Year under way, people are busy closing their books, and we have been receiving a number of questions on what to do at the end of your fiscal year. We've taken some of the more common issues and created a short video to help both the seasoned veteran of years past, as well as the first timer. If your fiscal year ends at some other time, you may want to bookmark this email for later on. Of course, we still encourage you to contact us with any questions you may have on year end or any other topic.

And, just when you thought you were done receiving gifts, we have included information on some no cost tools that might save you some time this year.

Hope you have a great year!

Jing - A New Way to Share Information
There is something on your computer screen that you would like to share with someone in a different office or even across the country. A few cells from a spreadsheet perhaps, or the steps you are taking while running an application.

Wouldn't it be great if there was an easy way for you to share a screen shot or short video of what you want them to see? There is. It's called Jing. And, at least for now, you can use it for free!

Preventing and Handling Duplicate Records in Sage CRM
With so many users being able to create information about the customers, prospects and vendors your business comes in contact with, having a way to prevent and handle duplicate records is a must.
