1. Create PO from OE: Allows user to create a PO order from OE order entry UI, which is dedicated to the current OE order.  User can select vendor(s) and specify PO order quantity by line item on the fly, and can create multiple POs for the same OE order.

2. Multi-company GL Account Maintenance: Allows user to add or update GL accounts for multiple Accpac companies from a single UI.  This will help keep multiple companies' chart of accounts synchronized.

3. Multi-customer AR Receipt Entry: Allows user to select multiple customers' invoices from one single AR receipt entry.  The program will then automatically split the check into multiple AR receipt entries by customer.

4. AP Invoice Excel Link: Allows user to enter AP invoice transactions in a Excel spreadsheet, and then click a button to create AP invoice batch in Accpac.  Easy data entry UI, and integrated with all the Accpac security, business logic, and validation rules.

The relationship between you and your bank is arguably the most important business contact you have. However, the banks are not known for communicating well with their clients.

  If you apply for financing, what do you think is the most requested document that they ask for? More than any other document, banks just ask for a basic set of financial statements. Not a business plan, or even evidence of cash flow. If you have a good relationship with your bank’s
business manager, you probably don’t even need to formally write up an application. But they still need to look at your financial statements.

If you’re sending them monthly financial statements already, then they’re already constantly evaluating you. You should know what they look for in those reports, how they perform their calculations and—most importantly—what you can do to improve your business and its appearance to the bank.
